Quantifi is creating a new early‑career role, GTM Engagement Associate, focused on building long‑term relationships within the finance community and strengthening how we nurture demand over time. This role sits at the intersection of finance, sales, marketing, and revenue operations. The GTM Engagement Associate focuses on value‑driven engagement, thoughtful participation in finance conversations, and long‑term relationship development, supported by AI‑enabled outreach and RevOps infrastructure. You will be trained, supported, and equipped with established systems and workflows. The goal is not to “pitch,” but to facilitate meaningful, personalized engagement at scale—combining human judgment with AI‑powered tooling.

Why This Role Exists Quantifi has identified a major commercial gap: long‑term lead nurturing and relationship development beyond the first sales touch. Historically, leads that didn’t convert quickly were deprioritized, reducing the ROI of marketing, events, and outbound efforts. Quantifi has since piloted an AI SDR model, supported by RevOps infrastructure, that enables high‑volume, personalized outreach—but this model requires a human owner to guide tone, context, and long‑term relationship intent.

The GTM Engagement Associate exists to:

Own sustained, value‑adding engagement with finance professionals

Participate meaningfully in finance community conversations

Use AI‑enabled tools to personalize one‑to‑many communication

Strengthen long‑term pipeline through trust, familiarity, and consistency

What You’ll Do

Finance Community Engagement

Engage with finance professionals through thoughtful 1:1 conversations and follow‑ups

Participate in finance‑oriented discussions, events, and community touchpoints

Book discovery meetings with interested prospects

Manage targeting of AI outreach tools and replies to outbound emails

Build familiarity and trust over time through consistent, professional presence

This role is not about providing original thought leadership or positioning yourself as a senior expert. You will be trained to ask strong questions, facilitate discussions, and share relevant insights from Quantifi and the broader finance ecosystem.

Relationship Development & Long‑Term Nurture \ Maintain ongoing engagement with warm leads, event attendees, and long‑tail opportunities

Re‑engage contacts who were previously not ready to buy

Focus on long‑term relationship value rather than immediate conversion

Growth & Development This role offers exposure to:

Finance community dynamics

AI‑enabled GTM workflows

Revenue Operations strategy

Cross‑functional collaboration across GTM teams

Strong performers may grow into roles across:

Revenue Operations / GTM Strategy

Sales or Partnerships

Marketing or Community roles

AI‑Enabled Outreach & Tools

Use and operate with Quantifi’s AI SDR toolset, including:

Apollo

Clay

ChatGPT

HubSpot

Execute AI‑assisted, personalized outreach at scale using established workflows

Apply human judgment to guide messaging tone, timing, and relevance

Coordinate AI‑driven engagement with relationship‑first intent

This role isn’t expected to build out systems from scratch. Underlying infrastructure will already exist. Training will be provided to engage with these tools as an end user. No expectation to come in with developed technical skillset in managing AI tools.

Meeting & Opportunity Acceleration

Book discovery meetings with interested prospects

Partner with Sales to transition conversations when buying intent emerges

Provide continuity and context during handoff to Sales

Insights & Feedback Loop

Capture qualitative insights from finance community conversations

Share learnings with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing

Contribute feedback to improve AI workflows, messaging, and engagement strategy

How Success Is Evaluated This role is not quota‑carrying.

Performance will be evaluated through a blend of qualitative and quantitative indicators, including:

Quality and consistency of engagement with finance professionals

Meetings booked and opportunities influenced or reactivated

Contribution to long‑term pipeline health

Effectiveness in using tools to personalize outreach

Professional judgment, preparation, and follow‑through

Who We’re Looking For This role is designed for someone early in their career who is curious about finance, technology, and modern go‑to‑market execution.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfort engaging in professional conversations with clients and prospects

Curiosity about AI, automation, and commercial technology

Organized, thoughtful, and results oriented

Ideal (but not required)

Internship or exposure to sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles

Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools

Interest in learning how AI can support commercial workflows

Desire to explore long‑term career paths in GTM, RevOps, sales, or marketing

Team & Structure

This role sits within the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing, but will not carry a sales quota

RevOps owns the AI SDR tooling and workflows you’ll operate within

Compensation & Structure

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000

Bonus potential tied to overall impact and performance

No commission or meeting quota
