Overview
Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative English/French Canadian in the Alliance area.
Pay Rate:
$17.00/hr.
Shift:
1st Shift.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5pm CST.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for inquiries, orders, billing, account support, and technical assistance.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently using internal tools and resources.
Provide professional, empathetic, and accurate customer service.
Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, shipment tracking, and account updates.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in company systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues.
Qualifications
Bilingual (French Canadian & English) - verbal proficiency required.
High school diploma.
Basic customer service and phone experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills.
Reliable remote setup with minimum 100 Mbps internet speed.
Ability to work a set schedule with flexibility as business needs require.
Professional, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pass a criminal background check.
