The opportunity The MCM Project Specialist develops and manages multichannel project plans and is responsible for driving the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, including email, banner ads, websites, and other digital channels. The MCM Project Specialist is aligned to one or more Teva Specialty Brands and works closely with Teva Brand Marketers and other key stakeholders throughout the marketing project lifecycles. The MCM Project Specialist will report to the MCM Project Management Lead as part of the MCM Operations team.

Location: This is a hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) based in Parsippany, NJ

How you’ll spend your day All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.

Provide Project Management responsibilities for CRM assets, including email, SMS, paid media banners ads, and Brand websites.

Oversee deployment of multichannel project plans by orchestrating key activities, timelines, and internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient execution.

Ensure projects hit project milestones on time and escalate to proper stakeholders as needed.

Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to troubleshoot project roadblocks and proactively seek solutions to meet deadlines.

Partner with Marketing teams to deploy assets to our target audiences across healthcare professionals and consumers/patients.

Comfort collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams – which may include brand agencies, internal teams, technical development and execution partners, MLR, and Brand teams – to ensure project deliverables and timelines are kept in-sync with the plan.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans and follow standards and best practices of project management.

Ability to effectively change direction, while remaining organized and following timelines.

Provide feedback to channel leads on process deficiencies and efficiencies to improve asset development timelines.

Report status for owned assets to proper stakeholders including brand marketers and agencies.

Your experience and qualifications Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience with digital and non-digital project management, particularly emails, banners, and websites

At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate advertising or advertising agency setting preferred

Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred

Experience in digital tactic execution

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Proficiency with:

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Project Management tool (Workfront, Wrike, Microsoft Project, etc.)

Travel requirements: Up to 5% travel throughout the US

Physical requirements: Occasional sitting for extended periods of time at workstation or mobile equipment; performing activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

Compensation Data The annual starting salary for this position is between $95,120 - $118,900 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
