What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision

Translate conceptual user requirements into functional epics/story cards for developers

Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of stakeholders through interviews

Provide support for existing systems and assist in problem resolution

Develop detailed requirements, system documentation, and workflow procedures

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor\'s Degree strongly preferred

Experience participating in IT projects and supporting analysis and testing activities

Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and CX/UX methodologies

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving abilities

Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Slack and JIRA

Familiarity with technologies such as Guidewire Insurance Suite and AMS

Supplemental insurance education/designations

Previous experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry
