Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lenexa, KS, for a New Business Development and Commercial Sales professional. The role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for business expansion, building strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and driving growth through strategic sales efforts. Daily responsibilities include client prospecting, developing business strategies, and fostering partnerships to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success. Qualifications Proven skills in New Business Development and Business Development to identify opportunities and expand client base. Experience in Business Planning to strategize and execute plans for meeting sales goals. Strong Sales and Account Management capabilities to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment. Background in or familiarity with commercial or residential services is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
