Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. The Trade Compliance Administrator will serve as a liaison and advisor on trade compliance between the company's Contracting groups, Program Management teams, and company management. The role will oversee the company's compliance with trade laws and regulations regarding global trade requirements, and serve as a source of information in both foreign and domestic trade practices, logistics and international law. The Trade Compliance Administrator will conducts internal reviews, training and audits of ITAR and EAR related functions as well as acquire license through Department of State and Department of Commerce for international trade. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, but not limited to: The Trade Compliance Administrator will support all activities across i3 related to management and continued implementation of effective export and import compliance programs under ITAR, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) This person is expected to develop and maintain trade compliance policies and operational procedures and update them according to regulatory changes brought about by the US government This role will be responsible for authorizations to import and export, customs filings, communication with regulators, contract review and ongoing support of both commercial and government, domestic and foreign contracts. This individual will prepare and conduct annual export training. This person will provide / oversight for trade compliance matters based on local and international regulation including:

Advising senior managers of corporate legal responsibilities Training relevant personnel on export controls compliance for ITAR projects

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Additional experience may substitute for degree. Minimum of 2 years of Export/Trade Compliance Experience required Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Thorough and demonstrated knowledge of US EAR and ITAR regulations as well as use of SNAP R and DECCS for export licensing purposes Familiarity with the U.S Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR) and the Automated Export System (AESDirect), Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) & Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR) Experience submitting Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings Knowledgeable with classifying hardware and technical data according to the U.S. Commerce Control List (CCL) and the U.S. Munitions List (USML) U.S. Citizenship required for access to ITAR-Controlled Technical Data Knowledge/Skills
