Primary Skills: Salesforce (Expert), ServiceMax (Expert), SAP Integration (Proficient), Configuration (Expert), Business Analysis (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2 Job Summary: This hybrid role focuses on developing and deploying new Salesforce service-based solutions for a dynamic customer and field service organization. The SFDC Service Business Analyst will work closely with IT and service stakeholders to enhance system functionality, ensure effective solution implementation, and support business operations through meticulous configuration and change management. This position is critical for driving cross-functional collaboration and optimizing business processes through innovative Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and enhance Salesforce functionality to support Field Service, Customer Support, and other business units. Collaborate with SFDC Architects and the Center of Excellence to align service organization projects and enhancements. Engage in requirement gathering, conduct rigorous testing and documentation, and lead cross-functional meetings for project advancements. Drive the change management process, ensure project schedule adherence, and support post-implementation activities including QA and UAT. Act as a Senior BA to guide and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and fostering continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills: Profound experience with Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms. Strong business acumen with a focus on customer/client satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Industry Experience: Previous experience in supporting users within a medical device company is highly desirable, indicating an understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the healthcare industry.
