Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Aurora, CO, for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations of the showroom while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, providing an outstanding customer experience, maintaining product displays, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. The role also involves collaborating with clients to identify their needs and recommending solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and delivering an excellent Customer Experience

Experience in Sales, including the ability to meet targets and build relationships with clients

Knowledge and familiarity with managing showrooms and maintaining product displays

Highly organized with effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and foster a positive customer-first environment

Proven experience in a retail or showroom management role is preferred

Proficiency in applicable technology tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
