Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Labeling & UDI Specialist
to support labeling design, UDI data management, and documentation change processes in a regulated environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and manage product labels and UDI changes within document management systems Perform label design work per project requirements using approved templates and formats Manage documentation change orders related to labeling content Maintain and audit UDI master data to ensure regulatory compliance Analyze labeling and UDI data to identify inconsistencies and drive resolution Support end-user training and assist with business or technical issue resolution Collaborate with local and remote project teams across the program Manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines Ensure compliance with global labeling regulations, QMS, EMS, and company SOPs Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Associate degree acceptable with 5+ years of labeling experience) Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications
Label design experience using
Loftware, Bartender, or enLabel Experience with document control systems (preferably
Windchill ) Design experience with
Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop Portfolio demonstrating labeling or design work
