Experience in social, video content, paid media and all areas of digital are essential.
You’ll be joining a fast-moving, insight-led marketing team where creativity isn’t a nice-to-have – it’s the driver. The work spans social, digital, paid media and real-world touchpoints, and it’s all about turning complex ideas into content that feels clear, optimistic and engaging.

What you’ll be getting stuck into:
Creating scroll-stopping video that builds brand and sparks engagement across social, digital and paid platforms. With direction from a Creative Lead, you’ll storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos, from TikTok-style reels to marketing campaign content. Using motion and animation to turn static assets into emotionally led storytelling Pulling visuals, copy and sound together into strong, cohesive creative ideas Designing ads across a variety of formats – video, static, carousel, display and OOH Experimenting with new tools, formats and platforms (yes, including AI) Elevate brand storytelling, from typography to transitions Capture stories, creating authentic vox pops Bringing ideas, opinions and thoughtful feedback to workshops and reviews What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in video or animation for ads, campaigns and social media, agency-side or in-house A portfolio packed with emotionally engaging, multi-format creative Someone who thinks big, moves fast and doesn’t wait to be told to be bold A natural storyteller who understands how ideas land with real people Comfortable balancing instinct with insight Firmly anti-boring (a non-negotiable) Purpose-driven and motivated by meaningful work Based in or around Bristol, happy to be in the office one day a week Bristol once a week/hybrid, £30k-40k
