Join a mission-focused engineering team driving secure cloud automation for national security programs. As an ISSE, you’ll design, build, and harden cloud-based environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and orchestration tools to deliver scalable, compliant, and resilient infrastructure. What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do: Build and secure automated cloud environments using Terraform and Kubernetes Implement IaC strategies to deploy scalable, compliant infrastructure Integrate cloud security controls across AWS and Azure platforms Collaborate with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams to enhance automation and compliance Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform) Hands-on work with container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes) Proficiency with cloud security practices (AWS/Azure controls) Strong development and scripting skills (Rust, Python, PowerShell, or Bash) Effective communicator and strong team collaborator Active U.S. Security Clearance, minimum Secret. Desired Skills
Experience in cloud-native security and monitoring (CloudWatch, Splunk) Experience deploying and managing thin-client solutions (e.g. PCoIP) Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools (GitLab, Jenkins) Knowledge of configuration management (Ansible, Puppet) Prior experience as ISSO, ISSM, or Cloud Security Specialist Knowledge of NIST, RMF, and Zero Trust frameworks
