smartdept. is searching for a Social Media professional to support Brand and Creative for a global healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will come with 4–5 years of experience, including experience in healthcare, medical device, or wellness marketing. This role supports the development and expansion of global social media programs with significant visibility across the organization. Brand and Creative plays a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life across marketing channels. The Social Media team is responsible for supporting social marketing across the global organization through strategy, content, engagement, and reporting. Reporting to the Sr Group Manager, Social Media – Digital Marketing, this role works cross-functionally within Brand & Creative and Corporate Marketing to deliver meaningful, measurable business impact. When executed well, social media efforts increase brand preference, improve advocacy, and build a competitive advantage. What You’ll Do:

Develop social content and visuals that translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant storytelling across major social platforms

Drive creative development in partnership with Brand & Creative, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive visuals for product launches, brand initiatives, and testimonial content while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Optimize creative performance using platform analytics, experimentation, and trend insights to refine content, expand reach, and maintain strong brand consistency

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable content systems, manage asset libraries, and introduce new visual approaches that keep the brand modern and innovative

What You’ll Need:

Education/Experience: 4–5 years of experience in social content creation and design

At least 1–2 years of healthcare or wellness marketing experience

Proven experience supporting a major brand or agency (portfolio required)

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing preferred

Skills & Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas

Thorough knowledge of social platform mechanics and tools including Sprinklr Publishing & Engagement and Sprinklr Insights

Proven ability to solve open-ended problems and work cross-functionally toward shared goals

Ability to pivot between long-term initiatives and short-term needs based on shifting priorities

Strong desire and ability to understand complex medical systems and healthcare audiences

Superior presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills

Impeccable attention to accuracy and detail

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, and social-first video editing

Demonstrated ability to turn technical or clinical information into accessible, high-performing creative while navigating accuracy and compliance

Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic and international)
