Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.

Kepler prides itself on being a great place to work.

The Role The Data Strategy & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in ensuring client and company success by understanding our clients tech, analytics and data strategy and defining a learning agenda that focuses on mining for insights, leveraging measurement technologies to make data-driven decisions, and implementing new solutions where there are gaps in client tech. You’ll have opportunities to build knowledge and expertise in specific solutions across reporting and visualization, MarTech tools, and measurement as well as opportunities to teach and mentor analysts and peers.

The position requires strong quantitative and communication skills, business savviness to understand and advance client marketing strategy, a technical mind to operate and leverage the latest ad tech platforms, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that’s out to change the industry.

What You Will Do Scenario: The client sends you an email – “We have had the same creative ads in the market for 3 weeks? Are they still effective? When should we change them?”

Are you excited to tackle the challenge? Is your mind already thinking through how you might leverage data to find answers? At Kepler, our Data Strategy & Analytics Managers turn client questions like the above into strategic action that drives real business value.

While Each Client Engagement Is Unique, You May:

Partner with clients and cross-functional internal teams to develop an actionable, data-driven narrative for your clients, grounded in client business reality and brand objectives

Help design and execute tests to quantify the impact of marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced statistical and programming techniques and working with partners to ensure media best practices are adhered to (A/B Testing, Matched Market Testing, Brand + Conversion Lift)

Develop, manage, and execute against, a queue of custom analyses to uncover insights that support media optimizations and/or resulting client recommendations (Lifetime Value & Propensity Modeling, Creative Fatigue, Promotional Impact etc)

Uncover opportunities for media/site tracking and customer data management, guiding teams and/or clients in deploying best practices

Oversee quality and best practices in all data visualizations and dashboards, ad hoc client-facing reports and forecasts with an eye toward clear data-driven storytelling

Learn about, and leverage, Adtech/Martech capabilities via vendor research, training, and use case development

Become an expert on your client’s tech stack and how data assets are leveraged for targeting and measurement

Have the opportunity to manage 1 or more Analyst(s)/Senior Analyst(s)
