As Business Development Representative, you be responsible for making outbound prospective telemarketing calls to underpenetrated prospective customers. An objective of the role is to generate appointments (set date and time) with key influences and or decision makers within commercial accounts that result in sales to "New Customers." Additionally, calling into existing customers to upsell or introduce other solutions. Position can be remote. Responsibilities

Outbound telemarketing prospective customer. Understand and communicate knowledge of all products and/or services. Schedule appointments for Account Executives to meet with prospective customers. Work with Director, Sales Leadership and Account Executives to create prospecting targets. Perform any and all administrative tasks & ensuring documentation is completed in a full and accurate manner. Meet company standards and sales objectives pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis. Perform all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliant with policies and procedures. Service as a product evangelist across the Fidium community Collaborate with Base Management, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to uncover additional customer needs Ensure company-wide transparency into product discovery and delivery Key Measures of Success Include: Outbound call volume Data quality Lead generation & qualification Sales appointment generation Attendance and participation in Sales meetings Demonstrates professional salesmanship, use of highly developed telemarketing techniques and effective presentation skills. Timely and accurate lead entry of each sales transaction made as well as updating Salesforce CRM as required. Provides constant feedback to relevant departments regarding competitive information gathered. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associates degree (preferred) Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with storytelling expertise Experience with cold calling, telemarketing and delivering products that drive customer satisfaction Proven track record in a Sales environment. Benefits Offered

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $17.10 - $25.92 hourly plus commissions Equal Opportunity Employer
