
Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Art Director to support the creation of visually compelling, strategically driven campaigns. Working closely with Art Directors, copywriters, and the broader creative team, you’ll help bring concepts to life across channels, balancing strong design craft with curiosity, speed, and a willingness to learn. This is an opportunity to grow your conceptual and execution skills while contributing to work that delivers on client goals and pushes creative quality forward.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution for campaigns across print, digital, social, and experiential.
Execute campaigns with strong attention to layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
Prepare and organize files for delivery (e.g., versioning, resizing, exports) and assist with production-ready handoff.
Qualifications
Ad school graduate –3 years of experience in art direction (agency experience preferred).
A strong portfolio demonstrating the art direction of integrated campaigns and design projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); comfort working across media.
Knowledge of AI tools used for layout and design solutions
Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation.
Strong communication skills; able to collaborate, take direction, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Motion, video, or animation familiarity (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Figma prototyping).
Experience designing for social-first platforms and content systems (templates, toolkits, modular design).
Basic understanding of production specs for print and digital.
