What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own the end-to-end renewal forecasting process, including architecting and validating forecast models

Analyze retention metrics and trends for designated SaaS product lines, delivering actionable insights

Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify root causes behind retention performance

Reconcile retention data on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting

Navigate large, complex data sets to extract meaningful findings and optimize analytics workflows

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

Minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis roles, preferably in SaaS

Expert-level financial modeling and data manipulation skills

Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and high workload in a fast-paced environment

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with subscription-based business models

Proven track record of delivering insights that influence business strategies

Familiarity with complex data sets and analytics workflows

Exceptional self-motivation and attention to detail

Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
