to power top‑of‑the‑funnel marketing efforts and help fuel unit sales and revenue growth. Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $52,000–$62,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct hire

What You'll Do
Generate, process, and qualify marketing leads to support sales and revenue targets
Support trade show initiatives through planning, coordination, on‑site setup, teardown, and event participation
Execute social media plans and foster engagement to increase marketing‑qualified leads
Manage day‑to‑day HubSpot operations, including email campaigns, segmentation, workflows, reporting, and dashboards
Maintain data accuracy and compliance through strong data hygiene practices
Develop and track analytics reports and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and business impact
Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure warm hand‑off of qualified leads
Protect and enhance the company's brand, reputation, and market presence
Support additional marketing and corporate initiatives as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, analytics solutions, and CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to manage detailed projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and data‑driven decision‑making skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Ability to assess lead quality and determine sales readiness
