This role is vital for driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and expanding market share for our SaaS solutions through high-impact events and partner collaborations. Key Responsibilities Performance Tracking: Report assigned KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, and ROI for all marketing webinars, events and digital campaigns. Content Coordination: Support the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and brochures upon request. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and freelancers for creative and event services. Partner Management: Identify, support or execute partner marketing activities, as needed. Events: Contribute to campaign execution for webinars or tradeshow events (partner, core, industry), as needed. Speaking Engagements: Identify and/or execute against Industry Events or Association opportunities to generate demand or increase FINBOA visibility. Branding: Represent the company at selected industry tradeshow and association events or conferences as needed. Tools and Techniques: Recommends or adopts new marketing technologies and tools plus ways to optimize use of existing ones. Marketing Activities: Execute additional marketing projects and tactical assignments as directed to support evolving department priorities and business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing with 2+ years in an event management role, with a focus on demand generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement. Proven track record of enabling revenue growth through execution of established strategic marketing initiatives. Experience in fintech/banking, SaaS, or B2B industries is highly desirable. Strong analytical and project management skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Canva, GoTo Webinar, Sendoso, or event platforms such as CVENT or EventBrite are particularly valued. Hands-on experience with event marketing campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing strategies. An adaptable and accountable self-starter with a proven track record of supporting revenue attainment through execution of assigned strategic initiatives.
