Marketing Manager - Conrad Los Angeles is seeking a creative Marketing Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team. The position supports the hotel's marketing endeavors and sales marketing campaigns for groups, leisure, consortia, wholesale, catering, events, spa, and food & beverage sectors. Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is the city’s luxury destination featuring guest rooms, a spa, rooftop pool deck, event spaces, and multiple dining experiences in partnership with renowned culinary groups. Responsibilities

Plan and Budget: assist the DOSM with execution of strategic marketing plans. Marketing plans should be annual, monthly and by segment of deployment inclusive of cost, deployment strategies (print, digital, and/or social media) through review of competitive data, demand analysis and market mix management. Agency Point of Contact: act as the day-to-day agency point of contact to ensure plan execution. Internal Partnerships: liaise with internal hotel and corporate partners, including Brand, Destination, Jose Andres Group, and Ownership. Marketing Management and Execution: assist with and implement marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and generation while delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Keys to Success

Build alignment with on-property, regional, and brand marketing teams. Execute the tactical elements of the annual marketing plan. Demonstrate strong project management, prioritizing multiple projects. Stay current with new digital strategies, trends, and technologies. Adapt to seasonality and conflicting priorities. Tactical Marketing Execution & Analysis

Project Management: manage development of advertising and marketing campaigns, including trafficking creative in coordination with an agency, ensuring timely media placement, production/materials deadlines, and project expense management. Website Content: manage hotel content for Brand.com and vanity site, including imagery, offers, landing pages, and site enhancements; ensure legal and security requirements are maintained. Content & Asset Management: identify visual asset needs and coordinate photo & video shoots as needed. Media/Influencer Visits: coordinate VIP visits with PR and Marketing, including itineraries, tours, amenities, and reservations; property tours may be required. Photography/Videography: oversee asset database and coordinate shoots; maintain up-to-date image libraries. Email Deployment: manage email campaign schedules deployed by Clairvoyix and Constant Contact; determine offers and content with stakeholders. Social Media: coordinate with agency to propose and review monthly content calendar related to the hotel. Reporting: pull ad-hoc reports for leadership and assist with ownership and corporate meetings. Meetings, Presentations and Reports

Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparation for strategic meetings, including weekly/monthly executive committee meetings and ownership/corporate reviews. What are we looking for?

The annual salary range for this role is $78,000 - $90,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
