Amazon is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join Amazon's Delivery Foundation Model team where we're revolutionizing the future of logistics globally through innovative tech and science solutions. In this role, you'll provide essential support to senior leadership, transforming complex administrative challenges into seamless organizational excellence while enabling our team's strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Support one to two directors in the Last Mile organization with strategic coordination and precision management. Manage calendars, plan sophisticated events, and coordinate international and domestic travel logistics. Serve as the organizational lead to ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive level calendar management Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company Experience managing multiple calendars Equal Opportunity

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
