Responsibilities

Trend Scouting – Identify and share macro, consumer and category trends through social listening and other research channels Competitive Patterning & Analysis – Track & highlight notable competitive launches in our existing and proposed product categories. Evaluate and provide feedback on key competitive formulas Consumer Research – Aid Product Marketing team with consumer survey execution and analysis Formula & Fragrance Submission Management – Track, organize and distribute formula and fragrance submissions. Collect, compile & organize product feedback – Collect team feedback to help facilitate redirects and approvals Meeting Coordination – Organization & leadership of our weekly product try sessions & R&D meetings Consumer Sentiment Analysis – Analyze consumer feedback on eos product to help identify themes in the user experience Program Status Communication – Sharing program status updates with our cross functional partners through weekly e-mail communication Ad Hoc assignments as needed Requirements

Recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Product Development or related degree Strong desire to learn and grow Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for Beauty / Consumer Goods Proficiency with Microsoft Office Company Summary
