KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Design digital and print marketing assets (social graphics, email visuals, sales tools, brochures, spec sheets, signage)
Create and edit video content including product demos, short-form social content, and trade show footage
Capture photo and video content on the shop floor, in the field, and at events
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to translate products into clear, compelling visuals
Attend 1-2 trade shows per year to support booth setup, content capture, and post-show marketing
POSITION REQUIRMENTS
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
Comfortable using Excel for organization and basic reporting
Experience creating both print and digital assets
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Manufacturing, industrial, construction, or B2B marketing experience
Familiarity with trade shows or event marketing
Experience supporting sales teams or distributor networks
WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Hybrid schedule with flexibility 2-3 days a week working from home. When in the office: moderate noise levels, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.
Occasionally will spend time in Production and/or Warehouse areas. Must wear required PPE in the designated operations areas.
Compensation: $75k-$80k annually
