
Join an in-house creative team responsible for concepting and producing innovative, strategically driven social content across Instagram and TikTok. This role focuses on creating compelling reels, stories, and short-form video for both organic and paid channels, while staying ahead of trends and understanding the nuances of each platform. You’ll help bring the brand to life through fresh, forward-thinking content that resonates with today’s social audience.
What You’ll Do As a key member of the social creative team, you’ll be hands-on in creating and executing content from concept to delivery. On any given day, you may shoot and edit social videos, capture in-store content, or support video-focused photo shoots.
Responsibilities include:
Create platform-specific content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and short-form video
Concept and execute social ideas rooted in trends and performance insights
Capture video and photography in-store and on set (iPhone and professional workflows)
Execute content based on daily, weekly, and monthly briefs in a fast-paced environment
Translate brand strategy into engaging, on-brand social storytelling
Collaborate closely with creative leadership, designers, writers, and project management to meet timelines and objectives
Receive and apply feedback quickly and thoughtfully
Support content that drives engagement, traffic, and in-store and online conversion
Local travel required (transportation not provided)
What You Bring
8+ years of design experience, with 3+ years focused on social media content and/or video editing
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Media, Communications, or related field
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required; Premiere Pro and/or After Effects required)
Experience with CapCut or Splice
Skilled in iPhone photography and video capture
Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual storytelling
Passion for fashion, content creation, and social platforms
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Portfolio Requirements
Portfolio showcasing relevant social content, including video
Examples may include IG Stories, carousels, Reels, and TikTok videos
Links to personal Instagram and/or TikTok accounts preferred
Compensation: $40 - $50/Hour Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
