Marketing Manager

who is both creative and strategic — someone who loves design, understands storytelling, and can translate the spirit of our work into words, imagery, and digital presence. This is a full-time position ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a small, high-caliber studio environment. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Plan and write social media posts, newsletters, and project features that reflect our brand voice and design philosophy. Social Media Management:

Maintain a content calendar, schedule posts (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook), and track performance analytics. Public Relations:

Prepare press materials, manage editorial submissions, and coordinate with magazines, photographers, and PR partners. Business Development:

Support business development goals through outreach and relationship building. Photography Coordination:

Schedule and assist on photo shoots; help with photo styling, collaborate on image selections and file management. Brand Development:

Ensure all visuals and messaging remain cohesive across print, digital, and client-facing platforms. Event & Award Coordination:

Support award submissions, talking engagements, podcasts and other company brand-building and awareness events. Budget Management:

Help define and manage a yearly marketing budget; prioritize expenses. Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics and provide quarterly reports on growth, engagement, and media placement. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle industries. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and film editing programs such as Filmora or Premiere. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Excellent visual taste and understanding of design aesthetics. Familiarity in social media scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Knowledge of design industry media outlets (Architectural Digest, Luxe, Business of Home, etc.) Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
