Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY
Jordan Vineyard & Winery is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to support DTC and trade marketing initiatives. This role incorporates design, strategy and execution—creating and managing POS materials, supporting digital campaigns, supporting trade programming and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly organized and collaborative with a background in graphic design and creative asset development. They should have experience working across multiple departments and working with external vendors and agencies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: (Other duties may be assigned) Assist in the planning and development of POS materials and branded collateral and merchandise, for trade and DTC Serve as traffic manager and coordinator for POS requests for trade and DTC Design small-scale POS & sales tools requests in-house Develop projects briefs for external agencies for larger creative projects for trade and DTC, in collaboration with Creative Consultant and Brand Manager Manage vendor relationships to develop unique trade incentives and branded items Adapt campaign materials for account-specific needs (POS items, print ads, OOH assets), ensuring brand consistency and visual alignment Coordinate deliverables needed for printed collateral with outside agencies and graphic designers Coordinate printing and administrative logistics for POS materials and collateral materials to ensure assets are ready-to-deploy assets for field use Coordinate reorders of existing POS and collateral materials with vendors Packaging Design Support
Manage product packaging design updates (labels, cases, wood boxes) in conjunction with multiple departments Coordinate packaging design projects and updates for food products (labels, presentation) as requested by DTC Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
Assist in designing and creating email, website and social media content, in collaboration with Creative Consultant and Brand Manager Make content updates on brand websites as needed Assist in developing digital retail assets and optimize campaigns for retailer and wholesaler media platforms PR Support
Coordinate and assist with press samples and competition shipments along with necessary paperwork, in collaboration with Creative Consultant and PR agency Ensure annual fee processing and paperwork is completed for key trade associations and awards submission Creative Execution & Brand Consistency
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva to design and adapt digital and print marketing materials Design and maintain brand presentations, tasting notes and POS materials Ensure brand consistency across all trade and consumer-facing executions QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of graphic design experience (wine, spirits, or CPG industry preferred) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required; InDesign a plus) and Canva Photography and video editing experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external vendors and agencies Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Experience with DTC ecommerce and digital retail platforms preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS
