Customer Marketing Specialist

to turn customer signals into action. This role is primarily focused on existing customers, driving adoption, expansion, and retention through timely, relevant, signal-based marketing, while being part of a small team that owns all marketing. This is an in-office role based in the Scott’s Addition area of Richmond, VA. What You’ll Do Monitor customer lifecycle and engagement signals and translate them into targeted campaigns and CTAs Execute existing-customer marketing initiatives focused on adoption, expansion, and retention Create customer-focused content across channels (email, web, blogs, case studies, decks, social) Manage website content and customer conversion paths Analyze journey performance and continuously refine for impact Support partner and marketplace messaging where it intersects with customer motion Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and delivery teams Contribute across all areas of marketing as part of a small, hands-on team What You Bring 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, services, or technical solutions preferred) Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas Interest in lifecycle, retention, or account-based marketing Comfort working with data, feedback loops, and experimentation Experience with WordPress, SEO, and social platforms Experience with visual design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Photoshop Working experience with marketing automation tools is preferred Organized, curious, and comfortable taking scrappy approaches to problems Why AMC You’ll have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to help build a modern, signal-driven customer marketing motion inside a company that values clarity, collaboration, and outcomes over noise. 5 weeks of paid time off (combined vacation and sick) Employer-paid medical, telehealth, disability, and life insurance (100% for employee) Dental and vision options available 401(k) with company match Short- and long-term incentive plans Casual, collaborative work environment Company events, paid volunteer days, and ongoing professional development This position offers a competitive salary of
