$16 on W2
Position Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Examiner to support a high-volume documentation and eligibility processing environment for a state agency in Phoenix, AZ. The Data Examiner will review and prepare eligibility documents, process applications, and ensure accurate document management within systems such as OnBase and HEAPlus.
Responsibilities
Barcoding, scanning, indexing, and uploading documents.
Validating the accuracy of eligibility records.
Researching and sorting returned mail.
Preparing notices and emails.
Routing information to the appropriate staff.
Bilingual or translation abilities are a plus.
Required Skills / Education
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Adaptability to new technologies and evolving processes
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail with the ability to compile data and produce accurate reports
Preferred Experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
Knowledge of office practices, administrative procedures, and document workflows
Experience using terminal or case-management systems to input and review data
Prior experience in government programs, eligibility processing, or document management (a plus)
