
Marketing Coordinator Content Strategist

Overview
Korwitts Chiropractic is looking for an on-site, creative, driven, and tech-savvy part-time marketer who can turn content into attention—and attention into booked appointments. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes online marketing with an interest in on-site/community marketing. You should be comfortable grabbing a camera, working on-site, and engaging with the community to showcase what makes a healthcare and wellness brand stand out.
Position & Location Position:
Part-time (or contractor) with potential to grow to Full-time
Location:
Hybrid – primarily on-site + field + minimal remote
Hours:
12-20 hours per week to start on-site in Downers Grove
Compensation:
Based on experience and scope
Responsibilities
Own and execute online marketing strategy across: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube (short + long form)
Create, capture, and edit high-quality video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, patient-education clips, brand storytelling)
Develop content designed to go viral, increase reach, and attract leads
Manage and optimize website content (SEO-aware copy, landing pages, blogs, eBlasts, calls-to-action)
Do outreach to appropriate vendors for product visibility within the clinic space, including local creatives and small business owners
Create informational newsletters and eBooks on a variety of topics
Work collaboratively with the clinic owner to align marketing with promotions, services, and growth goals
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
Participate in on-site marketing: videoing in the clinic, community outreach, local events, partnerships, and promotions
Support field marketing efforts that connect digital campaigns to real-world visibility
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably for a local or service-based business involving wellness or natural health
Strong writing capability
Working knowledge of WordPress, including editing/updating pages, managing blog content, and basic on-page SEO
Familiarity with themes, plugins, and basic troubleshooting
Proficiency across major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
Ability to capture, edit, and publish video content for multiple platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, long-form)
Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and viral content strategy
Experience creating marketing content that drives engagement and leads
Basic SEO and website content strategy knowledge
Experience with eBooks, podcasts, etc.
Comfortable working both on-site and in the field to capture real-time content
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and bring creative ideas forward
Strong communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
