Overview
Compensation Range: $48 - 52 per hour
We are looking for an
Advanced Product Designer
to deliver a compelling product vision and a distinct point of view for our seasonal projects. In this role, you will be responsible for translating high-level creative direction and project briefs into innovative, market-ready designs.
As a senior voice on the design team, you will ensure that every product not only aligns with our brand's aesthetic but also pushes the boundaries of functional design. You will navigate the complexity of seasonal cycles with a strategic lens, ensuring that your output is both trend-relevant and consistent with our long-term creative roadmap.
Responsibilities
Create original product designs or refresh existing products with supervision from Design leadership.
Execute base track and more long track design solutions (broad range of product price points and model types).
Active and proficient participant in the creative process and cross-functional communication.
Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences.
Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with key partners.
Digital design acumen (design-based software needed: Creative Suite).
Preferred knowledge and experience with advanced digital tools/3D skills.
Expert of make and manufacturing.
Proficient presentation & communication skills.
Proficient design skills, brief to presentation to manufacturing.
Proficient creative process.
Basic business context.
Basic understanding of insights.
Qualifications
Excellent footwear knowledge and experience in product design.
Experience in performance footwear and knows illustrator, photoshop, 3d software.
Candidate is open and brings creativity to the team (curious).
