
Job Summary
We are looking for a
Bilingual
Documentation Specialist (English/Spanish)
to support our Documentation and Registration team. This role focuses on preparing, organizing, and tracking documents required for
product registrations and international customers . The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and documents .
Schedule Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay:
$19/hour Location:

Responsibilities
Prepare and organize documentation needed for product registration and international dossiers
Coordinate shipment of required documents and product samples
Request official documents from U.S. government agencies (FDA, USDA, Department of Agriculture, etc.)
Enter and update customer and product information in internal and external databases
Submit documents for authentication through the Secretary of State and embassies
Track registration status, shipments, and registration history for customers and products
Maintain accurate and organized records for all documents, samples, and certifications
Communicate with customers and internal sales teams regarding documentation status
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve procedures (SOPs)
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a
Science-related field
(preferred)
1–3 years of related experience (preferred)
Bilingual
English/Spanish
(required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good customer service and communication skills
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems
Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines accurately
