Global Manager, Brand and Multi-Channel Marketing
to join our Global Strategic Marketing dynamic team, to support our comprehensive coronary portfolio. Our Vascular business develops innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral vascular disease. This is a fully onsite role, based in Santa Clara, CA What You’ll Work On
Be the marketing communication lead for one of the Vascular product franchises, member of Global marketing communication team. Build and execute marketing communication strategies and support processes consistent with product and business objectives. Be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing all branding and communication projects in the areas of advertising and promotion, including digital and mobile communications. Own integrated marketing communication plans and their delivery, manage multiple marketing initiatives at any given time. Act as a brand champion and ensure brand compliance for coronary franchise and products. Communication strategies: Drive end to end Integrated Marketing Communication Plans development and multichannel execution for product launches and other product milestones in collaboration with product marketing teams, Brand management: Act as global brand champion and implement corporate, divisional and product brand guidelines. Oversee brand implementation at the global and regional levels to ensure execution within corporate brand standards Clinical data communication: Drive and develop clinical data promotional strategies by managing, planning and implementing communication projects in collaboration with Clinical and product marketing teams. Digital Strategy: Partner with digital SMEs to strategize on multichannel execution across Abbott owned and 3rd party channels including websites, apps, social media, and other digital outlets. Ensure actionable measurable KPIs and SMART goals are set for each initiative to optimize channel mix and to track performance. Cross-functional collaboration: partner with upstream and regional marketing, regulatory affairs, clinical, R&D, and legal to plan and execute on strategies and tactical plans based on input from both internal and external stakeholders. Agency and Vendor Management: Provide direction to agencies and vendors by facilitating communication to achieve collaboration and consensus, as well as complete promotional projects on time and on budget. Project management: Manage multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously and ensure their timely execution. Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 8 years related work experience with a complete understanding of specified functional area. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field is highly preferred. Medical device marketing experience is preferred. Experience with advertising and promotion in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
