Medical Sales Representative – Advanced Wound Care Essity is a global leader in health and hygiene with corporate headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and North American headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. This role is remote and covers Michigan and Northwest Ohio. The ideal candidate is an experienced Medical Sales Representative for Advanced Wound Care, responsible for managing and increasing the Essity Advanced Wound Care product portfolio sales within the assigned geographic territory. The portfolio includes Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed -Sorbact, Sorbion, Epiona, Hypafix, Jobst - Compri2 and Comprifore. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and targets multiple call points across the continuum of care with emphasis on Acute Care, Surgical Areas, Wound Care Centers, and alternate sites of care. Role location and travel : This will be a remote position responsible for covering Michigan and Northwest Ohio. The ideal candidate should live in the aligned Essity Regional structure and be able to travel often. What You Will Do
Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions across the healthcare market. Communicate and apply clinical and product knowledge clearly and concisely. Assess customer needs and develop solutions; manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts. Interact with advanced practice clinicians (Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, WOCNs, and Nurses) to influence product choice decisions. Execute the sales process effectively and implement contracts to penetrate key GPO and IDN awards. Maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems. Coordinate opportunities internally and externally with customers. Plan territory and accounts (pre- and post-call planning) and set targeting priorities. Complete all administrative duties accurately and timely. Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred. Exposure to wound care and surgical markets is a plus. Experience in business-to-business sales is helpful. Self-motivated, able to work independently, competitive, tenacious, high integrity, strategic, passionate, and a team player. Willingness for overnight travel, weekends, and evenings (approximately 25–35% of the time). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). CRM experience recommended (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics). What We Can Offer You

$70,000 - $85,000 annual salary range + sales incentive + benefits. Pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
