Director of Emergency Services
to lead the strategic, clinical, and operational functions of a fast-paced emergency department in

Current (or eligible)
New Mexico RN license
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
required
Seven years
of healthcare experience, with at least
three years
in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing clinical teams
Knowledge of emergency department operations, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree
in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, MBA, or related field
Experience in a
for-profit hospital
environment
Background in
building quality-focused teams
and improving departmental metrics
Experience
facilitating collaboration
between hospital departments and provider groups
