As a
SaaS Thought-Leader
at Dynatrace (likely aligned with SaaS platform growth/AIOps/Observability), you would function as a
strategic advocate and technical visionary
for Dynatrace’s SaaS observability platform — guiding customers, shaping technical strategy, and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive background (often 8–15+ years) in SaaS technology, observability, cloud-native platforms, or APM/monitoring solutions.
Proven experience in customer-facing technical leadership, strategic consulting, or senior technical sales engineering.
Demonstrated record of
thought leadership
— speaking, publishing, evangelizing technology.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of observability practices, telemetry (metrics, traces, logs), SaaS architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, Kubernetes, CI/CD and modern software delivery methodologies.
