Digital Account Managers are the liaisons between our team and our clients! Our goal is to maximize the client experience while providing digital marketing solutions that make a difference for businesses across the country. We take CARE of our clients! Day in the life... Main point of contact between our team and the your client list (phone, email correspondence) Initiate conversation about current and new product opportunities Provide solutions, feedback, and results from our offerings Help your clients achieve success and growth through effective digital marketing solutions. Work in partnership with your Account Executive to achieve success and growth through organization, clear communication, and solution-based thinking. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients Help our clients achieve their growth goals according to the plans created by your account manager Create RESULTS for our clients from our products! Continued self-education on new and upcoming trends in the digital space Daily communication with your Account Executive to ensure optimal client experience Interaction with our Digital Media team for client updates What we’re looking for from you…

1–3 years of experience

in an agency, account management, or client-facing digital marketing role Demonstrated experience

meeting directly with clients

and managing ongoing business relationships Strong understanding of

local SEO , Google Business Profiles, and search visibility fundamentals Working knowledge of

digital marketing strategies , with awareness of

AI’s evolving role within Google’s ecosystem Ability to confidently discuss performance, strategy, and optimization opportunities with clients Comfort stepping into an existing client book and

adding value quickly —this role builds upon experience rather than training from the ground up Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred) A genuine desire to make a difference for every client by presenting solutions in a

professional, knowledgeable, and personable
