You will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost‑effective solar energy. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business. You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries – you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and in‑house install teams in the business.

This is an in‑office role where you will meet with homeowners virtually.

to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value

Pipeline Excellence:

Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from

provided leads

via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals

Ambitious and Resilient:

Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in‑home presentations and proposals

Training Initiative:

Eagerness to continuously

learn and grow

Sales Associate Requirements: Any sort of sales experience of any duration!

Compensation:

Average full‑time

$120,000 - $200,000 yearly , with an upside of

$260,000+

$1000 weekly + aggressive commission

Average Commission on one closed deal ($1,500 - $7,500)
