This full-time auto repair position includes the following responsibilities: Greet customers courteously in person or by phone and listen to their vehicle issues Create written estimates with a comprehensive plan for urgent repairs and future service needs Convert recommendations into sales with honesty and professionalism Add work orders to the database and schedule appointments with realistic timelines Serve as a liaison between customers and technicians, using the computerized POS system to communicate with technicians Provide ongoing updates to customers and notify them when their vehicle is ready for pickup Ensure customer satisfaction and demonstrate a helpful, people-focused attitude You love helping people each day, and you feel great knowing that our customers and technicians value your efforts!
