Bretz RV & Marine is excited to be opening our newest dealership in Mankato, Minnesota. We are a family-owned and operated company with locations across Montana, Washington, and Idaho, and we’re proud to bring our customer-first mindset and team-focused culture to the Mankato area.
We’re looking for a Camping & Boating Advisor who enjoys working with customers, selling parts and accessories, and helping new RV owners feel confident through clear, friendly show-throughs.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with RV and marine parts and accessories
Recommend products based on customer needs
Process sales, maintain inventory, and restock as needed
Conduct RV walk-throughs at delivery
Explain features, systems, safety equipment, and basic maintenance
Answer customer questions to ensure a smooth ownership experience
Shipping & Receiving duties for service and parts departments
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience in RV, marine, automotive, or retail sales preferred
Basic knowledge of RV systems is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales experience and comfort working with customers
Physical Requirements
Stand and move throughout the dealership for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
Bend, kneel, or reach during inspections and show-throughs
Climb in and out of RVs, boats, and truck beds
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather
Compensation
$17-20/hr based on experience
