Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and guidance to faculty and administrators in the development and preparation of funding proposals
Respond to general inquiries regarding sponsored program policies and procedures
Review grant applications to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate project closeout and budget revisions in alignment with award amounts
Monitor sponsored programs subcontracting activity and oversee audits and bank reconciliations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments accurately
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
Capability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in post-award administration or grant management within an academic or research environment
Familiarity with compliance regulations and funding agency guidelines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
