Our client is seeking a Business Development Professional with proven staffing industry experience—ideally within Commercial/Manufacturing service —to join their growing Las Vegas team. This hybrid role is designed for a true new-business hunter who thrives on building relationships, creating tailored workforce solutions, and turning first conversations into long-term partnerships. In this role, you will focus on developing new client relationships across mid-market organizations, working closely with recruiting teams to deliver impactful staffing strategies. Key Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle B2B sales with a focus on staffing and workforce solutions Execute a multi-channel outbound prospecting strategy (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, networking, field visits) Conduct discovery meetings to understand client staffing needs and propose tailored solutions Build strong relationships with hiring leaders Present proposals, pricing, and contracts to new prospective clients Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions Maintain accurate activity reporting, forecasting, and CRM documentation Consistently meet or exceed targets for activity, meetings, new business, and gross profit Who You Are

A proven new business hunter with a minimum of 3+ years of staffing sales or B2B solutions experience Skilled at cold calling, outbound outreach, and in-person discovery meetings Consultative, curious, and effective in understanding and diagnosing client needs Organized, metrics-driven, and proactive in pipeline management Comfortable interacting with senior-level decision makers Technically savvy and fluent with CRM and modern sales tools Reside within Orange County and have reliable transportation for field prospecting Required Qualifications

3+ years of staffing industry sales experience (Commercial/LI Staffing preferred) Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas for the past 3 years Ability to articulate personal performance metrics (activity, meetings, GP/revenue, etc.) History of generating new business through outbound efforts Stable employment history demonstrating resilience and commitment Local to Las Vegas ; able to conduct regular in-person meetings Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills What You Will Get
