Proficient in translating clinical and operational requirements into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Strong collaborative skills, capable of partnering across IT, clinical leadership, and functional domains. Demonstrated success in managing pilots, driving adoption, and scaling solutions within complex organizations. Comfortable navigating a matrixed environment, balancing enterprise priorities with the need for innovation. Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach, and a passion for leveraging AI to responsibly transform care delivery. Education: Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, MS in Health Informatics, or similar) preferred, though mindset and proven execution are more critical. Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare product management, innovation or digital health strategy, ideally with AI-enabled solutions exposure. Responsibilities

Identify high-value opportunities for AI adoption by engaging with clinical, operational, and functional leaders. Define use cases with specific success metrics, return on investment, and adoption requirements. Maintain awareness of enterprise AI demand through intake and prioritization processes. Convert identified opportunities into actionable project charters and product roadmaps. Collaborate with the IT Innovation Initiatives team to confirm initiatives are technically feasible, secure, and aligned with enterprise infrastructure. Oversee pilot projects, ensuring engagement from clinical champions and functional experts. Create playbooks, training materials, and change management plans to promote adoption of AI solutions. Monitor outcomes and refine solutions to maximize their impact. Partner with Finance and Governance to track return on investment, equity, safety, and compliance. Actively participate in the AI Innovation Hub, ensuring initiatives align with Decision Rights & Accountability principles. Provide transparency regarding the AI portfolio across the system to support prioritization and resource allocation.
