This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Green Bay, WI, with some flexibility for remote work. We are looking for a creative individual with analytical skills who can quickly grasp the issues and needs our clients face, as well as evaluate and propose a variety of beneficial changes and system improvements. Take general project direction from project managers and engineers, and work with teams of engineers and designers from other disciplines to execute projects for a variety of different clients and industries. Provide technical information throughout the various proposal, engineering, design, and construction phases to the proposal and project teams with regard to all aspects of Process Engineering. Provide expertise in the areas of Papermaking &/or Marine technology including developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), P&ID’s, layouts, and piping details Prepare material selection for process piping systems Develop innovative ideas and alternatives to be cost competitive with Proposals Skills Required
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). AutoCAD experience Required. 3D experience is a plus. Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting solutions clearly. Experience in project management or program management is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
