Our client is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager. This role will own end‑to‑end trade compliance operations, drive global standards, and ensure compliant execution of cross‑border activity across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global trade compliance strategy, standards, and governance
Oversee export controls, sanctions, denied party screening, and licensing
Own product classification, valuation, country of origin, and FTA eligibility
Serve as SME for customs, audits, and regulatory matters
Partner cross‑functionally with supply chain, legal, logistics, and finance
Identify cost optimization opportunities (FTZ, duty drawback, trade programs)
Develop and deliver internal trade compliance training
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of global trade compliance experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of export controls, Incoterms, and customs regulations
Experience with GTM systems (e.g., SAP GTS, Oracle, ONESOURCE)
Medical device, ITAR, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
Licensed Customs Broker or export compliance certification a plus
