About The Role
Joyce is hiring a
Family & Friends Campaign Specialist
to grow repeat business and referrals from our previous customers through an established rewards program. You'll be both
customer-focused
and
creative , managing segmented outreach, email campaigns, outbound calling, customer follow-up, and special events. You'll also lead showroom sales and help analyze results to improve performance. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted representative for our existing customers.
Compensation
$45,000 Base Salary with Bonus Incentives
$60,000- $65,000 in Total Compensation
What You\'ll Do
Segment previous-customer lists and manage campaign workflows
Create, schedule, and improve email/text campaigns (offers, events, rewards reminders)
Call customers to re-engage, set appointments, and drive referrals
Track earned referral rewards and coordinate timely reward delivery/communications to customers (confirmation, fulfillment, and follow-up)
Oversee calling agents (lists, scripts, coaching, tracking outcomes)
Assist with service issue coordination to protect customer loyalty
Lead showroom sales and customer special events
Track and report campaign performance (appointments, referrals, conversion, revenue impact)
Requirements
2+ years in email marketing, customer marketing, retention, or campaign management
Strong customer communication skills (phone + written)
Comfortable working with customer lists, segmentation, and reporting
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Bonus: experience managing calling teams, events, or showroom/retail sales
