Full-time Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, leads teams of internal and potentially client-facing employees that work directly with Account Executives and other internal departments daily to drive successful customer interactions. Job Description

Leads account management teams to complete assigned customer projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Provide resource support and demand planning in alignment with sales forecast and AOP for current and future client work. Collaborate with peers and departments to build workflows and standard operating procedures to manage programs effectively and efficiently. Work with peers and departments to meet customer expectations, while seeking to improve quality and performance. Establish best practice strategies to drive consistencies/efficiency across teams when applicable. Ensure customer complaints, internal nonconformities, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient account management operations are resolved in a timely manner with a focus on root cause and preventative measures. Ensure Account Management teams are entering all necessary billing information within timely manner of project completion. Schedule and lead regular departmental meetings to discuss projects and priorities for team members. Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department. Ensure ISO conformance amongst teams and department. Partner regularly with Sales Executives and Senior Leadership to ensure necessary customer support and service requirements are met. Participate in strategic planning and execution for sales initiatives for customer account plans. Aid team in any efforts needed to implement customer work as a player/coach. Work effectively with others to provide constructive, supportive feedback to employees. Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises a series of teams of Account Managers. Review and update Account Management procedures as needed. Leads, coaches, and mentors team members as needed. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position: Bachelor’s degree, or associate’s degree plus four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years’ account management experience. 5+ years of experience using an ERP system. Preferred Qualifications Of Position

Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of leadership experience. 10+ years of high value (2M+) account management experience. 2+ years of graphics processes and ability to analyze, problem solve, make decisions, schedule, source. Knowledge And Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Strong verbal, listening and written skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer environments and projects. Knowledge of conventional press (applications, imposition, substrates, ink, estimating); print production (press, bindery, hand labor); digital small and grand format (applications, substrates, ink, estimating). Understanding of fulfillment technology and distribution methods (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
