SOZI AI is a mission-driven health technology startup building The Final Stretch™, a game-based platform that makes colorectal cancer prevention education engaging for young people. Colorectal cancer rates are rising among younger populations, yet prevention education remains passive and ineffective. We’re changing that through interactive gameplay, behavioral science, and modern digital design, starting with early pilots in schools and youth-serving institutions. SOZI AI is an early-stage, fast-moving, and impact-focused company. Role Description
We are seeking a Community & Partnerships Lead to build relationships with schools, colleges, and youth-serving organizations as we prepare for early pilots and institutional partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO on outreach, partnership conversations, and early adoption strategy. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone interested in public health, education, or mission-driven startups who wants real ownership and experience. Compensation & Status
This role is paid once funding or pilot revenue is secured. Until then, the role is part-time and unpaid. We will be transparent about progress and revisit compensation when specific milestones are met. The position offers meaningful hands-on experience, close collaboration with the CEO, and strong resume/LinkedIn value. Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups Interest in public health, education, or social impact Self-starter mindset - early-stage experience preferred High school diploma, currently enrolled in college, or equivalent experience
