We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Field Marketing team as Neighborhood Marketing Representatives.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. You will not be closing deals. Your role is to professionally represent Elevation Exteriors in local neighborhoods, educate homeowners, and set qualified appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

Responsibilities
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
Introduce Elevation Exteriors and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and exterior services
Identify potential needs and schedule free inspections and consultations
Accurately collect homeowner information and document appointments
Represent the company with integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to hit daily and weekly goals
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Coachable and open to training and feedback
No prior experience required — we provide paid training
