Creative Marketing & Brand Operations Manager The Rezerve • Atlanta, GA, US Posted 2 days ago The Creative Marketing & Brand Operations Manager is a dual-impact role designed for someone who can lead projects, solve problems, and make our brand (and our Advisors’ brands) magnetic. This person will play a critical role in supporting THE REZERVE’s brokerage branding, our Advisors’ personal branding, and property marketing initiatives—from strategy to design to deployment. You’ll also support Advisor onboarding, marketing systems, and act as a problem-solver for day-to-day marketing requests. This is not your typical marketing coordinator role. This is for someone who can think like a creative director, move like a project manager, and solve like a business partner. Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity Execution Lead the creation of modern, on-brand marketing materials (digital & print) for brokerage, listings, and advisor brands Enforce brand standards across all marketing outputs, ensuring visual and messaging alignment Design social media assets, digital flyers, Reels covers, guides, signage, listing collateral, and more Collaborate on luxury property campaigns, launch strategy, and storytelling content Agent Support & Solutions Serve as an internal marketing partner to Advisors: problem-solving brand or systems issues, providing support on design and execution Support website design templates, CRM integrations, and basic tech setup during Advisor onboarding Troubleshoot and assist with tools like FollowUp Boss, Dotloop, Canva, etc. Support Advisors in executing pop-by campaigns, event materials, and listing launches Project Management & Social Media Manage project timelines and priorities for marketing initiatives, launches, and campaigns Schedule content across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more using scheduling tools Track engagement and performance; collaborate on new strategies for growth and brand reach Support internal comms: newsletters, updates, and advisor education materials Campaigns & Brokerage-Level Marketing Collaborate on recruiting campaigns, new Advisor welcome kits, and brand evolution Maintain marketing asset libraries (templates, logos, icons, photo archives) Design internal presentations, class/workshop materials, and branded content for events Qualifications Mastery of Canva and experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop and a strong portfolio that shows clean, modern, intentional design Operational or project management strengths—ability to keep timelines, organize files, and follow through with extensive knowledge with Google Workspace Understanding of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) Familiarity with real estate platforms (Dotloop, FollowUp Boss, DocuSign, BrokerEngine) or ability to learn fast, and email marketing platforms (ConstantContact, MailChimp, Active Pipeline, and others) Clear communicator and skilled writer for captions, flyers, and basic campaign copy Strong eye for layout, composition, typography, and hierarchy High level of initiative—solution-oriented and calm under pressure Experience in real estate is a strong plus, but not required
