About Runloop
Runloop.ai is building the foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI development. We provide AI engineers and data scientists with lightning-fast, secure, and reproducible code sandboxes for agents. Our platform enables teams to experiment, iterate, and deploy their agents without the friction of environment setup and dependencies.
We are a small but mighty team dedicated to building a rock-solid platform that empowers innovation in the age of AI.
The Role As a Marketing Specialist at Runloop, you’ll be a core individual contributor responsible for executing and scaling the foundational marketing programs that support our growth. You’ll work hands‑on across channels, tools, and campaigns to help tell Runloop’s story, drive demand, and support product adoption in a highly technical, developer‑first environment.
This role is ideal for someone with startup experience who enjoys owning execution, learning new tools quickly, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Channel Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across key channels (e.g. content, email, website, lifecycle, social, events), with a strong focus on experimentation and iteration.
Marketing Tools & Operations
- Own day‑to‑day use of our marketing stack—CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and collaboration tools to ensure clean execution, reliable data, and scalable workflows.
Content & Messaging Support
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing materials, including website content, product messaging, emails, and launch assets.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track performance across campaigns and channels, monitor key metrics, and surface insights to inform optimization and future initiatives.
Product & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, design, and sales to support feature releases, align messaging, and ensure marketing efforts are tightly connected to product priorities.
Sales & PR support
- Create and maintain sales assets, promotions, demos and supporting material
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a marketing role at a startup or smaller company
Strong hands‑on experience executing marketing campaigns and programs as an individual contributor
Comfortable working across modern marketing tools (e.g. CRM, email/marketing automation, CMS)
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, especially when working with technical teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self‑starter mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
Bonus Points
Experience supporting product launches or early‑stage go‑to‑market efforts
Comfort working with limited structure and evolving priorities
