Position: Social Media and Digital Advertising Planner With more than 7,000 employees, we are the largest health insurance company in Michigan. This role focuses on planning social media and digital advertising budgets and strategy for paid campaigns across various channels, building paid campaigns including ad optimization, targeting, bid strategy, placement, and attribution settings. Responsibilities

Develop social and digital campaign media plans and present recommendations to business partners. Fully build and launch social media and digital advertising campaigns across various ad platforms. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic Ads. Boost social media posts. Manage billing and payment methods for campaign buying. Optimize campaigns as they run to increase performance. Build and present reports on campaign performance with insights and recommendations for the future. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field is required. Four (4) years of experience planning, building, and executing social and digital media advertising campaigns with budgets of $100,000 or more. Experience creating and testing tracking and conversion pixels. Ability to present to Business Partners and explain social and digital advertising campaign best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the organization. Experience with both first-party and third-party audience segmentation and creation. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. Digital photo and video content creation and ad copywriting. Experience utilizing Generative AI and LLMs for content development is preferred. Experience with digital media buying platforms such as TTD or Adelphic. EEO Disclaimer
